Instructions for registration for the Congress

IMPORTANT NOTE

  • To participate as a student or observer in the congress, it is only necessary to pay the registration fee. Membership in IACA is optional.
  • To participate as a professional or speaker in the congress, it is necessary to pay the IACA membership fee as well as the registration fee. Membership in IACA is mandatory.

Instructions for registration for the 31st International Congress of Caribbean Archaeology.

To attend the congress, you must complete the following registration form. Upon submission, you will be given the option to pay or not. If you pay through the payment gateway, you will receive a receipt as proof; if you do not pay, you will still be registered but will have to pay at the Congress entrance in order to gain access.

The fees to participate in the congress are as follows:

Professionals: 10,000 RD$ 150 US$

Students: 3,500 RD$ 50 US$

Professional speakers must make the payment in advance in order to be included in the Congress before May 11, 2026. Participants presenting as secondary authors may pay at the time of registration or in advance at their convenience.

If you request the student registration rate, make sure to bring a valid student ID when collecting your registration package at the Congress.

IACA members may pay their membership fees, as well as make donations to support student participation if they wish, in cash or by check during the registration process at the congress.

No discounts will be applied to the stated fees under any circumstances.
