Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy
Online registrations: Payment is made by credit card and is required to reserve a place.
On-site payment: In-person payment may be made in cash or by card, subject to seat availability.
Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted up to 15 days before the event, with the right to a full refund.
Returns: After this period, no refunds or registration changes will be made.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 15 business days after the cancellation.
Modifications: The organization reserves the right to modify the program or the date of the congress. In such cases, a full refund or registration change will be offered.
